Ok, I admit it. I’ve bitten off a bit more than I can chew trying to explain Cosmic Ordering/Creative Coincidence in a few posts. But in case you haven’t already noticed, I’m starting at a surface level of detail with everything in the blog. I’ll revisit everything and add details and secrets as we go. Repeatedly. I’d rather give a little and get you started than swamp you with knowledge. What with the universe rewarding action, and all.
For now, this issue will be necessarily fragmented but that will actually make it clearer. There’s a great exercise at the end that will truly and literally blow your mind! This is personal development – Full Contact.
The idea of ordering from the cosmos isn’t new. As well as being able to find parallels in ancient philosophies such as Huna, it’s been the subject of books for a long long time, the most notable being The Science of Getting Rich by Wallace Wattles (First published in 1910). I got my copy “by accident”, just when I needed it. I’ve been trying to shy away from quotes in this blog, but I think Wallace is best equipped to get this concept fired up for you. This is about money, but the concept applies to anything so feel free to think outside that particular box:
“There is a Science of getting rich, and it is an exact science, like algebra or arithmetic. There are certain laws which govern the process of acquiring riches; once these laws are learned and obeyed by any man, he will get rich with mathematical certainty.”
And my favourite:
“A thought, in this substance, produces the thing that is imaged by the thought. Man can form things in his thought, and, by impressing his thought upon formless substance, can cause the thing he thinks about to be created.”
Now, just about any other work on Cosmic Ordering is just a rehash of those Wallace’s book. The principles most other Cosmic Ordering luminaries give is simplistic in the extreme. And while this isn’t enough for us who live Full Contact, it’s a great start. Here’s how most people tell you to make a Cosmic Order:
- Place your request with the cosmos for what you want. Be specific and clear with what you want.
- Be positive and certain that your order is on it’s way and it will arrive, as requested and when you’re ready to receive it.
- Sit back and wait for it to arrive.
Just like Argos!
So yes, this is far too simplistic, but I’d encourage you to have a go. And – of course! – make it a Point Blank order! As we go I’ll explain why Creative Coincidence is more powerful, produces more consistent results and is just a lot more fun to do.
Meantime, have a go at this exercise I learned from HunaTrainer (Thanks Pohaku!). If you’re at all skeptical about your power to manifest things in your world, this is the exercise for you. I guarantee you’ll die laughing when it works for you!
- Picture a blue feather in your mind. We use a blue feather because you just don’t see them that often. Make it a vivid, colour, clear picture.
- Whenever you have a spare moment, in the line at the bank, stuck in traffic, whenever, focus on that blue feather.
- Laugh uncontrollably and post a comment on Full Contact Living when your blue feather shows up in your “real” world.
Have a play with this. Like everything in Full Contact Living, it’s meant to be played with.
And here’s a FREE DOWNLOAD of The Science of Getting Rich, to get you warmed up for Creative Coincidence.
Until next time…
(Oh, and you’re going to love the Huna and Huna Shamanism we got coming up. All will be revealed…)
